'No soy de aquí, ni soy de allá' (I'm not from here, nor from there) is a living archive of queer Latines in Amsterdam, built in the space between cultures. Through photographs, individual experience threads through collective experience, offering an intimate look at how identity, community and belonging are reshaped in diaspora. Where others might see rupture, we find ourselves, formed slowly around the very thing that once felt fragmented.
The series honours those of us who exist between cultures, not as a state of longing, but as a place in its own right.
Rose-ringed parakeets, bright green against Amsterdam skies, echo something familiar: creatures who did not simply survive elsewhere, but made elsewhere home. Together, these elements form a tapestry of tenderness, defiance, and reinvention. They celebrate the beauty of finding ourselves and each other in this in-between, whole, never in need of resolving.
