This series, created in collaboration with the artist’s sister, reflects on their Brazilian heritage and the evolving sense of home and belonging.

Divinity is formless, yet here it takes shape in the Sea of Bahia. The sea embodies permanence within its constant flow, reclaiming the body with every touch. Its waters carry memory, traditions, and the promise of renewal.

Jewels of the sea — pearls, salt, and ancestral threads — rise and dissolve with the waves. Like identity itself, they shift and shimmer with each passing tide, in a state of continual transformation.
